Are the figures pre-assembled when delivered?

Yes, our figures are delivered pre-assembled and ready for use. Unlike imitations, we take pride in offering our customers top-quality products that are ready to enjoy as soon as they arrive.

What is the estimated delivery time for shipping?

Shipping usually takes 1 to 2 weeks. However, during peak seasons, delivery times may be extended by up to an additional week. Rest assured, all orders are fully insured and carefully handled to ensure they arrive safely at your doorstep.

What is the usual processing time before an order is shipped?

Our typical order preparation time is between 2 to 3 business days. However, during peak periods, it may take a few extra days. Rest assured, we are dedicated to processing your order as efficiently as possible, while maintaining the high quality of our figures. We greatly appreciate your patience and understanding as we work to deliver the best service possible.

Am I able to personalize or customize the figure to my preferences?

Definitely! Our figures come with fully interchangeable parts, giving you the freedom to mix and match components for limitless customization. This makes them ideal for crafting unique poses and designs to suit your style. However, please note that custom orders are not available at this time.

What should I do if my order doesn’t arrive?

When will I receive my refund?
